Tenaris has agreed to buy Romanian pipe maker Artrom Steel Tubes for €86 million from US firm GLGH Steel. The deal adds two major production sites in Romania, one for steelmaking and one for seamless pipe rolling, to Tenaris's European network. The transaction is set to close in the final quarter of 2026. It strengthens Tenaris's position in the European industrial pipe market at a time of growing demand for locally made steel products.
