Parcisa & Outokumpu: Pact for Planet-Conscious Propulsion & Production

Spanish shipbuilder Parcisa will use a new type of low-carbon stainless steel from Outokumpu to build chemical tankers. This special steel has a carbon footprint up to 92% lower than standard stainless steel. The partnership aims to reduce the environmental impact of the maritime industry. It focuses on cutting emissions from the materials used in ship construction.
