ArcelorMittal's Astute Accord for a Circular Corridor

ArcelorMittal Poland and Sweden's transport agency, Trafikverket, have started a new rail recycling project. Old rails from Sweden are sent to Poland to be melted down and remade into new rails. This closed-loop system reduces waste and carbon emissions. It provides a sustainable model for maintaining railway infrastructure.
