JSW Steel’s approved integrated steel plant in Kadapa, backed by ₹16,350 crore investment & special state incentives, aims to transform Sunnapurallapalle into a major steel hub. Phase one production is set for April 2029, supported by rail, road & water infrastructure. The project also embeds decarbonisation goals, blending growth & sustainability to catalyse jobs & regional development while positioning Andhra Pradesh on India’s industrial map.
