These projects use direct reduced iron & electric arc furnace technology powered by green hydrogen & renewable energy to produce near-zero-carbon steel. The US-Israel-Iran conflict now threatens this entire pipeline, disrupting shipping, deterring investors & delaying projects that are critical to the global steel industry's decarbonisation goals.
