ArcelorMittal France announced first electrical steel coil from new Mardyck lines. The €500 million project triples European capacity to 295,000 metric tons per year. Up to 400 people built the facility. 175 employees will operate it. The steel powers EV motors & wind turbines. French government contributed €25 million. The first coil weighs 17 metric tons & stretches 4 kilometers.
