The housing system offers two blueprint variants: a “smart” layout that maximises spatial efficiency & a standard one tailored for traditional family setups. Already, the Steel Dream initiative is catalysing urban-planning frameworks across various oblasts. Vasylkiv (Kyiv region) has initiated blueprint adaptations to accommodate Mariupol refugees. Hlukhiv & Trostianets (Sumy region) are similarly preparing residential layouts. Hoshcha (Rivne region) is earmarked for housing displaced Bakhmut residents.
