Hybar Steel has announced plans for a second US rebar mill to meet growing demand & expand its low-carbon steel offering. The new plant will mirror the Arkansas facility’s sustainable design, using recycled scrap & modern automation. CEO Rick Schweyen says the move shows Hybar’s resolve to lead greener steelmaking while creating jobs & supporting domestic infrastructure.
