DNV provided market due diligence, agreement review, & battery revenue analysis, strengthening lender confidence. The financing involved BBVA, BCI, Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis CIB, SMBC, & Société Générale, bringing Atlas's Chilean financings to $1.2 billion in 13 months.
