Triple-S Steel Holdings partnered alongside The Frankstahl Group to make a major equity investment in Zimmer Staal, a leading Northern European heavy steel plate distributor in Antwerp, Belgium. The capital injection provides liquidity for Zimmer Staal's growth plans whilst maintaining existing management. Zimmer Staal operates a purpose-built warehouse in the Port of Antwerp alongside 60,000 metric ton permanent inventory serving shipbuilding, construction, & industrial sectors. The partnership combines Triple-S's North American service centre network processing over 1,000,000 metric tons annually, Frankstahl's European trading expertise, & Zimmer Staal's strategic distribution infrastructure.
