The investment incorporates Industry 4.0 technologies including advanced automation, artificial intelligence-driven quality control systems, & Internet of Things-enabled production monitoring frameworks. The expansion shall generate approximately 800 direct manufacturing positions & 2,000 indirect employment opportunities, alongside comprehensive skill development programs targeting workforce enhancement. The modernized facility positions SSWL to capitalize upon India's burgeoning automotive sector growth & emerging electric vehicle ecosystem demands.
