Indian steel pipe manufacturer MAN Industries India Limited signed a memorandum of understanding alongside Aramco Asia to explore development of a steel pipe manufacturing facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The partnership would establish MAN Industries' first Middle Eastern manufacturing presence serving Saudi Aramco's pipeline requirements & broader regional demand. The initiative aligns alongside Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 industrial diversification program targeting localized manufacturing, technology transfer, & employment generation. The memorandum establishes a framework for feasibility studies assessing technical & commercial viability before definitive agreements.
