Kyoei Steel broke ground on a $255 million expansion of Vinton Steel in El Paso County, Texas. The Green City Mill Flex project spans 1.5 million square feet & creates 188 full-time jobs. Production capacity will double by early 2027, generating projected $17.9 billion economic impact over 36 years. The facility manufactures steel products from recycled scrap for construction & mining industries.
