Algoma Steel announced a leadership change for 2026. Current CEO Michael Garcia will retire after leading the company through a major transformation. Chief Financial Officer Rajat Marwah will become the new CEO. Michael Moraca, a current vice president, will be promoted to take over the CFO role.
