Saarstahl Aktiengesellschaft has acquired FNsteel BV, a Dutch manufacturer specializing in cold heading steels for automotive & construction applications. The Alblasserdam-based company operates one of Europe's most modern processing plants. The acquisition strengthens Saarstahl's market position in specialized steel products. Transaction completion is expected by year-end pending regulatory approval.
