Ukrainian steelmaker Kametstal has begun exporting B500C rebar to Romania. The company shipped over 2,300 metric tons since January after receiving certification from Romanian body ICECON. Production follows Romanian standards requiring specific geometric parameters, rib patterns, and mechanical properties. The rebar meets stricter European strength and rigidity requirements for construction projects. This move expands Kametstal's export markets and strengthens its position in EU supply chains, demonstrating operational capability amid regional challenges.
