Germany's steel association has issued a clear warning. It supports a separate credit for low-emission steel in cars. It fears a German-French plan to merge steel & aluminium into one super credit could weaken demand. The group wants the Commission's version kept & started earlier. Any alternative, it says, must create the same level of demand
