thyssenkrupp Rasselstein constructs an 8 MWp photovoltaic system at its Andernach tinplate facility, collaborating VSB Integrated Energy Solutions under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement. The installation spans 5.2 hectares, features 12,000 solar panels, generates 8 GWh annually. Supporting structures utilise low-carbon bluemint® Steel ZM EcoProtect® Solar coating.
