Stegra has appointed Shaun Kingsbury as its new Chairman of the Board, replacing co-founder Harald Mix. The company also added two new directors, Aidan de Brunner and Emmanuel Rodriguez, to its board. The changes aim to strengthen the board's financial and industrial expertise as the company advances construction of its flagship green steel plant in Sweden. Two existing directors, Annica Bresky and Susanna Campbell, have stepped down.
