Steel’s Sustainable Synthesis: SSAB’s Salubrious Shift for GE Vernova

SSAB has created a new type of steel called SSAB Zero that produces almost no CO₂ emissions. The steel is made using hydrogen instead of coal. GE Vernova will use this steel to build wind turbine towers. This partnership shows a major step towards cleaner industrial production.
