SEPC's Stellar Sweep: Securing SAIL's IISCO's Stupendous Steel Surge

India's SEPC Limited has won a seventy-one million dollar contract to expand the IISCO Steel Plant in Burnpur, West Bengal. The plant is operated by Steel Authority of India Limited and is one of Asia's oldest steel facilities, dating back to nineteen-eighteen. The expansion supports India's national target of reaching three hundred million metric tons of annual steel capacity by twenty-thirty. New technology at the plant will improve energy efficiency, product quality, and reduce carbon emissions per ton of steel produced.
