PyroGenesis Inc. has finished a major project in Kalinganagar, India, for Tata Steel, turning harmful coke-oven gas into high-purity hydrogen. The system, running around the clock, produces 620 cubic meters of hydrogen per hour, reused to boost efficiency and cut costs. This effort fits into Tata Steel’s plans to recycle resources and reduce environmental impact. PyroGenesis sees this as a model for more partnerships in the global steel sector.
