JSW Steel and Japan's JFE Steel have completed their fifty-fifty joint venture for the Bhushan Power and Steel business in Odisha, India. JFE invested a total of fifteen thousand seven hundred and fifty crore rupees, split across two equal tranches, to secure a full fifty percent stake in JSW JFE Kalinga Steel Limited. The deal combines JSW's Indian market strength with JFE's world-class technology in automotive and electrical steel. The joint venture is now fully operational under shared governance, marking a landmark moment for Indian steel.
