Waterford Capital Partners acquired the former Duferco Danish Steel plant in Frederiksvaerk, Denmark. The facility is offered for sale & relocation at €12.5 million. It includes a 300,000 metric tons per year rolling mill & two cold drawing lines. The plant was in production until closure & modernized by Danieli.
