A Philippine steel company is disputing government claims about a radioactive shipment. SteelAsia Manufacturing Corp. says it had no connection to the zinc dust containers rejected by Indonesia. The firm was ordered to bury the material at its recycling plant. SteelAsia has publicly denied being the source of the shipment.
