Steel Dynamics has named Matt Bell as the new leader of its metals recycling business. Bell, a company veteran since 2016, most recently served as Vice President of Commercial. His appointment is part of a planned leadership succession. The move allows former recycling head Miguel Alvarez to transition to leading the company's new aluminum products division.
