Severstal acquired the Dmitrovsky Metallocentre in the Moscow region to expand its pipe business. The complex adds approximately 700,000 metric tons to annual sales capacity. It spans 50,000 square meters and employs over 1,300 people. Dmitrovsky specializes in electrically welded construction pipes and flat steel processing.
