Salzgitter AG is selling its subsidiary Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik to NMP Group. The German-French industrial group will expand its machinery portfolio. The transaction follows the best-owner principle & Salzgitter AG 2030 strategy. The deal is expected to close in autumn 2026.
