Japan's Nippon Kinzoku accelerates global sales of its ultra-thin electrical steel strips, available in thicknesses from zero point zero five to zero point two millimetres. The GT Series and ST Series products target electric vehicle motors, transformers and renewable energy equipment, where reducing energy loss is critical. The company is Japan's only supplier of sub-zero point one millimetre electrical steel strip. Growing global demand from electric vehicles and clean energy is driving the expansion push.
