Klöckner & Co has agreed to sell its Becker Group business to a consortium of two firms, Accura & BCB. The deal, announced on 8 October 2026, is expected to close before the end of the year. Becker Group is a service centre for steel, stainless steel & aluminium, serving the automotive & metal industries. The sale lets Klöckner & Co focus on higher-value products. The new owners plan to stabilise & grow the business, keeping the existing management team led by Torsten Gieseke in place.
