JSW Steel successfully incorporated APJSW Private Limited joint venture on August 25, 2025, partnering through Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited. The company holds 89% equity stake while APMDC retains 11% as free ride equity. The joint venture will develop the Konijedu Marlapadu Integrated Iron Ore Project targeting 1.3 million metric tons annual production capacity, replacing imported iron ore usage.
