JD Fields & HDM plan a $50M Spiralweld piling facility on 13 acres at Tradepoint Atlantic in Maryland. Completion is slated near late 2026 or early 2027. The project expects about 150 skilled jobs & renewed industrial momentum at historic Sparrows Point. Local port & rail access aim to speed deliveries for infrastructure foundations.
