GMH Gruppe has finalized its acquisition of key Buderus Edelstahl business units. The deal includes a hot rolling mill and processing divisions for complex forgings. This makes GMH the European market leader in tool steel. Over 300 employees are joining the group, which plans to develop the operations further.
