Chiyoda Steel is set to launch Japan’s first endless rebar rolling line at its Ayase plant. The facility will produce rebar in under fifteen minutes and achieve zero carbon emissions from the casting-rolling process. Italian company Danieli supplied the technology. Full production begins in August 2026.
