Celsa France has completed an upgrade of its wire rod mill in Bayonne with technology from Primetals Technologies. The project installed a new high-speed finishing block and a reform station for coiling. This has significantly increased the mill's production capacity and reliability. The improvements also support Celsa's role as a major circular, low-emission steel producer in Europe.
