Europe's recyclers are pushing back on proposed limits to metal scrap exports. The Bureau of International Recycling wants a longer consultation & a fresh look at the draft. Only five of 24 applicant countries are proposed for approval from May 2027. The group says restrictions could hurt collection & supply chains. The Commission plans to adopt its first list by 21 November.
