The Bureau of International Recycling urges members to respond to a European Union draft restricting metal waste exports. Only five countries are proposed as authorized destinations. Nineteen applicants, including Turkey and India, are excluded. The consultation runs until October sixteenth. Industry has until October ninth to contribute to a collective response.
