Baosteel, Ouyeel Industrial Products and Schaeffler China signed a strategic cooperation agreement on 8 September 2026. The three parties will deepen collaboration in high-end materials development, low-carbon technology innovation and supply chain optimisation. The partnership extends existing cooperation in silicon steel and bearings. Baosteel shares closed at ¥5.92 on 10 September 2026.
