Appeals Adjudication Annuls America's Aggressive Actions
A federal appeals court ruled Trump's global tariffs unlawful in a 7-4 decision. The judges found Section 232 doesn't give presidents unilateral tariff authority. They rejected national emergency justifications for trade measures. Trump responded defiantly, calling the court partisan while declaring tariffs remain active. The ruling takes effect October 14 unless appealed to Supreme Court.
