Alchemy Resources has formed a partnership with Newcam Investments to develop iron ore projects. The agreement covers exploration in Western Australia's Bryah Basin. Newcam will provide funding to advance the projects. In return, Newcam can earn a majority stake by meeting spending and development milestones.
