Zaporizhstal Steel Works, part of Ukraine's Metinvest Group, has passed a major European recertification audit under wartime conditions. Auditors from TÜV SÜD Ukraine's corporate partner confirmed that its hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel meets EN 10025 and EN 10130 standards. The plant also grew rolled steel output by fifteen percent in 2025, reaching nearly two point eight million metric tons, demonstrating remarkable industrial resilience despite missile attacks, power disruptions, and supply chain pressures throughout the conflict.
