Turkey's Habaş conglomerate enters environmental assessment for its cold rolling mill investment in Izmir's Aliağa district. The TRY 490 million project will process 1.82 million metric tons of hot rolled steel annually. The facility produces 1.65 million metric tons of cold rolled products through advanced pickling & rolling technology. Construction targets completion within 12 months of permit approval.
