Lorry Cartel's Litigious Legacy & Litigation's Landmark Levy

The Amsterdam court has confirmed a seven percent average price overcharge in the European truck cartel case, covering lorry purchases made between 1997 and 2011. Manufacturers MAN, Daimler, Iveco, Volvo/Renault, and DAF coordinated prices across the European Economic Area for nearly fourteen years. The ruling opens the door to substantial compensation for thousands of companies that overpaid for lorries. Luxembourg-based claims aggregator Retail Cartel Damage Claims is leading the consolidated action on behalf of affected buyers across Europe.
