Denmark's Thor offshore wind farm installs the world's first turbine using CO₂-reduced steel towers & recyclable rotor blades. The steel achieves at least sixty-three percent lower carbon emissions through renewable-powered furnaces & scrap feedstock. The project's one hundred and twenty recyclable blades use innovative resin technology, allowing composite materials to be recovered & reused at end of life. The one-point-one gigawatt farm will power over one million Danish homes when fully operational in twenty twenty-seven.
