Super El Niño's Searing Surge & Climate's Catastrophic Crescendo
The United Nations warns a powerful El Niño is forming in the Pacific, expected to peak in November twenty twenty-six at up to three point three degrees above average. A massive wave of water more than six degrees warmer than normal is moving eastward deep below the ocean surface, a sign of a potentially record event. Combined with human-caused climate change, this El Niño could drive extreme droughts, floods, and food price spikes across multiple continents, making twenty twenty-seven very likely the world's hottest year on record.
