Primetals Technologies & ArcelorMittal Eisenhüttenstadt have completed a full suspension system replacement for a two hundred & fifty-five metric ton basic oxygen furnace converter in just fifty days. The project was delivered on schedule, without safety incidents, & while plant production continued. The customized solution maximized reuse of existing equipment, reducing cost & downtime. The Eisenhüttenstadt plant produces up to two point five million metric tons of crude steel per year & is East Brandenburg's largest industrial employer.
