Posco's Pioneering & Propitious Partnership Propels Pure-Green Progress

POSCO, South Korea's largest steelmaker, has partnered with US-based Electra to develop low-carbon ironmaking technology. Electra's process uses electricity instead of coal to refine iron ore at temperatures below sixty degrees Celsius, cutting carbon dioxide emissions dramatically. The collaboration combines POSCO's large-scale steel expertise with Electra's clean-tech innovation. Together, they aim to bring this breakthrough technology to commercial scale, advancing the global push for greener steel production.
