Navigating Net Zero: Nations' Nascent & Necessary Neutrality Nexus

The Paris Agreement, signed by one hundred and ninety-six nations, aims to limit global warming to one point five degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. Countries submit climate action plans called Nationally Determined Contributions every five years, outlining how they will cut emissions. Even with all current pledges fulfilled, the world is still on track to warm by two point five degrees Celsius by two thousand one hundred. Businesses, governments, and individuals must all accelerate action to close this dangerous gap.
