The move follows the group's acquisition of Moon Iron & Steel, a dormant mill with 1.2 million metric ton annual capacity. Oman is rapidly expanding its industrial base, attracting over $520 million in new investments in April 2026 alone. Jindal's Oman portfolio now spans pelletizing, conventional steel, & a pioneering green steel project in Duqm.
