The acquisition would combine Norwegian hydrogen-based technology advanced British manufacturing capabilities. Implementation of Blastr's revolutionary production methods could eliminate over 500,000 metric tons of annual CO₂ emissions. The combined entity would emerge as a leading European sustainable steel producer, potentially commanding premium prices for environmentally responsible products.
